Hi Everyone!

I lived in Australia for ten years and unluckily last year I charged with one federal charge, which cause me to cancel my temporary visa and i left Australia, now i want to apply for student visa for canada, am I able to apply for canadian visa? Or canadian immigration will be able to see my charges through online system and reject my visa?

What was the charge for? Depending on that, you may be criminally inadmissible to Canada for 5 years. And yes, you will have to provide details of your charges - if you don't, that's misrepresentation with an automatic 5-year ban. It's quite easy for IRCC to find out that you have a federal criminal charge against you in Australia.

As others have said, high chance you are inadmissible to Canada - so a study permit will not be possible. Yes - Canadian immigration will be able to see your charges.

Depends on the crime and what the punishment would be in Canadian law. You could do some research or just apply and see what they say, dont try to hide it.

By default you have to get Australia Police clearance for Canadian study permit. Any trace of criminal charges=inadmissible to Canada for upto 5 years.
