One of my friend got her AOR in January 2019 however still has not received her PPR email.
She has previously stayed in 3 countries - India, UK and France.

does living in several countries take time for security clearance? And would this be the reason that has caused delay in her application?
She is probably under security screen as well. She can order GCMS notes or CBSA notes to see the details.

Finally, Thanks God, I got the "Ready for Visa" email on Dec 20.
I received an email to check my cic account and I found the letter there.
AOR 23 Mar
The letter is a bit confusing as I am inland applicant and I went back home to visit my family so the letter was signed by the IRCC office back home however the header was Vancouver Immigration.
I have returned to Canada two days before the RfV email but did not send my passports yet and I am planning to update my address to the canadian mailing address and then send the passports.
I will post my detailed timline later as it has been a long journey full of dates and details.

Just wanted to know if anyone has an idea on how many ITAs are actually converted to PRs??

say for example, in a month 3,900 ITAs are issued then out of these ITAs how many actually get PPR?

Would be really helpful if anyone could shed light on this. Thanks.

Guys i have a query regarding stamping of Visa in passport. Is it stamped in Chandigarh, India ( if submitted in Chandigarh) or all the PR visas get stamped in New Delhi. Since they mention to submit passport in New Delhi visa office in ppr
