Receiving Pre-arrival letter means PA's eligibility check is completed and relationship with sponsor is genuine. Thus interview in local VO most likely wont be happening. it is a milestone which means BGC and Criminality check started.

If everything checks out, you should have the Pre-Arrival Letters sent in GCkey account about 2-3 month after AOR2 from the local VO.

got the pre arrival. Any estimation time period for ppr? Because So many people say within week after ppr and I saw some post saying they got pre arrival and still nothing after months.
P.S. My case is not complicated at all. No red flags

Hello everyone,

My wife received an e-mail stating that her status has changed. She checked her GC Key and it said that her application has been approved. What is the next step? Will we receive a letter via e-mail to bring to Canada? We're quite surprised as this process only took 6 months. She is from South Korea (visa exempt country).

My wife got decision made on both Since November 14, 2019, we also got pre- arrival letter but it's been a month still no PPR received. does someone know What can be the Issue ?

I am from Canada and sponsored my husband from India and his file was xfered Nov 1.. NDVO started processing the file Nov 13 as i recvd the letter stating so.. i am being told it is approx 2-2 1/2 months wait to het PPR from NDVO as a average.. I am hoping he is here soon.. i am hoping end of january.. fingers crossed.

I have the same question! Because the IRCC asked me twice for the CSQ and we are july applicant. I am worried how much time we will need to wait to pass to the next step.

Examen médico enviado y datos biométricos y huellas digitales: 5 de agosto.

El 25 de octubre, recibí un correo electrónico donde me dijeron que mi solicitud fue enviada a la Oficina de Visas en México para su procesamiento posterior.
Desde esta fecha no sé más sobre mi solicitud.
Si alguien sabe cuánto tiempo tengo que esperar una respuesta, ¡escríbeme!

Well I got DM made since November 14, 2019, since then nothing, I was expected to get PPR in few days, it's over a month and still nothing.

I am also waiting for the PPR for my husband.. i think NDVO is busy with all the student visas for Jan students so maybe we will see movement in jan hopefully.. my immigration agent said NDVO usually takes 2-3 months after they start the processing.. fingers crossed

I checked out the last year outland for NDVO and in January this year, people got DM’s and PPR everyday. So just few more days and everything will be fine

Thank God!! whats ur situation? My husband is coming from Punjab and i am in Ontario.. application recvd June 19 2019 application was xfered to NDVO Nov 1 and they started processing Nov 13 2019.. I am hoping he gets PPR soon!!

My wife is in canada. App recvd 13 june. Tranfer to ndvo on 22nd oct and start processing on Nov 7. Got pre arrival 12th of this month. And now the holidays are going on in NDVO from 20th till 2nd jan. So I hopping for PPR in jan starting

btw what does the pre arrival letter say? i got a letter nov 2 and i think its pre arrival.. it say that we have now xfered your file to local VO and they will be processing it bla bla bla... is that pre arrival letter?
