I don't think Canada would allow you to claim asylum due to your UNHCR status. You are in a safe country. In Canada's opinion you have no need for an asylum procedure. I think you are out of luck.
Hi, i'm right in a safe country but there is no UN to support me we have no citizenship rights, i live very hard here my family is in afghanistan neither i brought them here nor can i go to afghan myself Please support me.
The fact is that your safety is all Canada worries about. Your life is not in danger. Your situation may not be nice but Canada does not see an asylum issue in your future.

Sounds like you be-live this forum has some IRCC representatives working here, just to inform you we do not work for the Canadian government , but just to say what everyone else has said you do not have a claim since you are in a safe country and your life is not in danger.
DID YOU KNOW; being a refugee is not the only to come to Canada there are economic streams as well????
