Your dependant will fill the form as a principal applicant (PA). If my spouse fills the form IMM 5406, then I will be marked as Spouse and she will be Principal applicant only in this form.
Thanks For your reply in this form if filled by my my child then he/she will be main applicant and so on....?

is that ok? If anyone have guide then send link also

I don't think 5406e is required separately for the dependent child. If it asks for that. Just fill that as below. Just fill independent forms for yourself and your spouse. You and your wife should mention your dependent children respectively in the second column (Section B).

Your Form
1. Applicant - You
2. Spouse
3. Your Mother
4. Your Father

Section B : Your Dependent Children
Section C : Your biological, Half and Step brother/sisters

Spouse Form
1. Applicant - Spouse
2. Spouse - You
3. Her Mother
4. Her Father

Section B : Your Dependent Children
Section C : Her biological, Half and Step brother/sisters

This form must be filled out and signed by the Principal applicant, spouse/common law partner, all dependent children aged 18 or over (whether coming with you to Canada or not).

In your form, you will be including your dependent children in SECTION B of the form.

When your dependent children is 18 years or older, they will need to also fill their own copy of IMM5406 and they will the principal applicant for that form.

Your Spouse's cousin will not be considered as a close relative for you (Principal applicant). So my view is you shall mark it No. Others may comment.

Dear Friend,
I am applying under Occupation in Demand and its clearly written in sinp guide about claim 20 points for cousin either me or my spouse.
"
9. Close Relative in Saskatchewan (if applicable)
A close relative is:

  • A parent;
  • A sister or brother;
  • An aunt or uncle;
  • A niece or nephew;
  • A first cousin;
  • A grandparent; or
  • A step-family member/in- law of the same relationship.
If you are claiming points for a close family member, you must provide the following from the family member....."

If I will not say yes then how I show his details in next screen? But you or if anyone know better than guide please

2) Other Point is in IMM 008 form in first and second option...
Program under wish you are applying? when in SINP Occupation in demand I select as Economic and in second question Category under which you are applying option i select Nominee Program

other option is skilled worker but it is for federal skilled worker I think so...

Please guide

1) You are right, he is not the first cousin for you. He is the first cousin for your spouse. Your spouse has to be a principal applicant if points needs to claimed for first cousin.

First Cousin means - you and your first cousin share same grand parents in your family.

2) Economic - Provincial Nominee

Dear Friend,
I already reach at that stage and seen that we can select cousin in law also.

Can anyone help as I am at last stage of application submission: How many forms we have to fill

For Main applicant:

IMM 0008 – Generic Application Form for Canada (this form to print sign and upload or after validation online upload?)
IMM 5562 – Supplementary Information: Your Travels
IMM 5406 – Additional Family Information
Schedule 4: Economic Classes – Provincial Nominee
Schedule A – Background/Declaration- 5669

On the upper right corner of your screen, create the following forms if they apply to you:
IMM 5476 – Use of Representative
IMM 5475 – Authority to Release Personal Information

above shown in pdf guide of SINP of 45 pages

and for Spouse and Dependent child of above 18 age two forms only

IMM 5406 – Additional Family Information
Schedule A – Background/Declaration- 5669

Can take print and fill by pen and submit? and also Please can anyone write which form and do need to print /sign and upload or what?
