June 10th: Initial application received
Jul 1st: Bachelor transcripts sent
Jul 8th: Masters transcripts sent
Jul 20th: Masters transcripts received
Aug 1st: Bachelor transcripts considered lost (university sent without tracking...)
Aug 9th: Masters transcripts accepted
Aug 20th: University reopened
Sept 7th: Bachelor transcripts sent again
Sept 20th: Bachelor transcripts received
Oct 15th: Bachelor transcripts accepted
Oct 24th: Preparing final report, due date 11/20
Nov 20th: Final report issued

Phew!

Also, what worked pretty well was calling them on the phone, waiting a bit then selecting French in the voice menu. I rarely waited more than a few minutes to speak to a representative and they were quite helpful.

The normal one (+1800.361.6106), you just have to wait a few seconds after the initial message, then you get a second menu with language options. And obviously, you then have to speak in French

Do you want my advice?
Make an EE profile, when they ask you for your ECA number, put your reference number followed by IMM. for example, if your reference number is 323264, put your ECA number as 323264IMM. This is your last chance if you have no other.

why is it a misrepresentation if he provided accurate data based on a prediction of the ECA report? in my opinion, its not a misrepresentation if he is certain with his ECA outcome.

there is no prediction in EE. it's all number and fact game !

you may call IRCC (if confident this not misrepresentation) and share with them you are going to do this based on prediction. conclusively, do share with us their reply

Will it be okay if the ECA report date is the same as the date of creating the EE profile?
I'm waiting patiently for my report and would like to create the profile once the report is out, so highly likely they will be the same date.

What do you call a weekly CRS score? the b2b draws that happen once in a life time? confirmed and fact game? the prediction games people play every week to guess the next draw?

Diploma document delivered:- 27/07/2019
Masters & bechuler documents delivered:- 02/08/2019
We are reviewing your documents:-02/08/2019

Application on hold because we are waiting for Marks sheet for diploma:- 27/08/2018

Rest all documents accepted only diploma detail marks is pending & my university has been sent it through fedex & as per fedex tracking system it will be delivered on 06/09/2019. Do somebody have any idea that how much time wes will be take after recive that document.

what is important is the date you submit the profile with all the information and it doesn't matter when you created the profile.

for example, if you submit profile on 01-12-2019 with ECA ref trick and your ECA was published or completed on 05-12-2019, do you think IRCC is stupid to ignore this ? they don't even have to cross-check it's all automated to eliminate over smart folks by their system itself !

Agree, having said that IRCC express entry application shouldn’t allow future date of entry for any field, but they still do. It was a simple stuff do,however they don’t.
