Hi Kr02612,

After reading your message. It gave me hope and made me realize what I did wrong. I applied for Study Permit without any write note's { Letter of Explanation or Statement of Purpose}

I got these in return:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR,

1. Based on the purpose of your visit.

2. Based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.

3. Based on your current employment situation.

4. Based on your personal assets and financial status.

5. Based on your immigration status.

I want to reapply immediately as my program begins January 2020 and please send me by email a copy of your SOP for me to use as guideline.

Email: ogom.christian@gmail.com

Thanks.

Hello everyone,
As you can see in the title, I applied total 4 times for Canadian study permit from February 2019 to July 2019. They refused my study permit 3 times. Last 2 were refused with the same reason : purpose of visit.
My profile wasn't so strong. 12th: 46%
Bachelors : 50%
Current topup degree (Final year of another bachelor's degree) 63% (Didn't even receive my degree certificate of second degree when I applied, I received it after visa approval)
Ielts: 7.5 no less than 7
I ordered GCMS NOTES after my first refusal and tried to understand from the reasons given for refusal and tried to write a new statement of Purpose, but even after that, they rejected it twice.
With several rejections and studying my old statement of Purpose, I slowly started understanding what visa officer is actually looking for in your application. I wrote a statement of purpose of 5 pages (it's too much, isn't it) with every detailed information and within 2 weeks, I got visa approval. So I want to tell everyone who is thinking to give up after 1 or 2 rejections even after having a strong case, just don't. Don't give up. If your academic and ielts score are good, have sufficient funds, work on your statement of Purpose. Write what they want to read. Need some help? I will help you without charging anything unlike consultants since I would be more than happy if I can help you achieve your dreams.

Hello brother somehow my case is related to you please help me to make my SOP
i am applying for Jan 2020 again

Hi,

My visa was refused yesterday (15th November, 2019) on the following,

1) I’m not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) IRPR, based on the purpose of visit

2) I’m not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status

3) Your purposes studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualification, previous studies, missing mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language studies, financial ability and/or your future prospects and plans

Please help me to write a strong SOP.
Send your SOP for my guidance.

My email address is austinuwin@gmail.com

Appreciate your reply on my email.

Thank you so much for letting us know about your visa approval success and willingness to help us

I got refused today and I've applied through sds online.

Reason for refusal :

Dear **************,
Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements.

Actually I didn't submit any of the financial documents apart from my fees paid receipt and GIC. I felt this might be a reason for refusal but still I need to go through the notes. Please give me some valuable advice on this.

Guys I need help to write strong SOP and for my study business administration ( international business ) I've been working as business analyst for the last 4 years and i would like to go and get diploma 2 years from Canada, I'm resident of UAE but my nationality is Egyptian

Also when I applied for Study permit, I have applied for my wife for visit visa to come with me. they rejected it because they said they are not satisfied she will come back, and because she is house wife they rejected her based on current employment status.
