There are many applicants who recently get their DMs within 12months.

Is it good sign for others? Maybe reduction in average processing time...

Does IRCC close every year like this?

I have seen few applicants who have got it in 12 months in this forum, yet some others are in their 23 month still awaiting for the medical test request! Am not sure what IRCC are trying to get at. Its confusing all current and potential applicants.

Im also disappointed, frustrated and very anxious waiting for my PPR since Sept coz at that time I already passed all the checks’

I can feel you, I bet you have got many things at stake, a lot of decisions you do need to work out. Leaving your job, rented house, if any, packing up your stuff, your kids school.... etc. its like u finished a
crazy race, yet u did not get awarded.
Am sure you will hear from them soon In Nov and then you will fly to canada eventually. Gd luck and keep us posted plz.

I am from Iran.
Many ppl from my nationality has already got their PR although they applied later than me.

I have called CIC many times and requested cgms notes, but still not getting anything from them.
What can I do to make my process faster? any suggestions?

I really think they give up November and December 2017 (me,you,@Leokun.......)
and I don't know why??

As we don't have any topic specially for federal stage of quebec skilled worker program, I am starting this new one.
So ask as many questions as you can and answer as many as you can, NO LIMITS ;D
Please share your timelines for federal stage and lets eliminate curiosity of others.

For me I've recently got CSQ and will apply for federal as soon as I have all the documents.
