1st Call : Oct 06, 2019 : Criminality Passed, Eligibility & Security Not Started.
2nd Call : Nov 08, 2019 : Criminality Passed, Security Ongoing & Eligibility Not Started.
The Bar shows 27 Days remaining as of today.
On both the calls I asked the operator to give me a brief idea as to when I can expect a response from CIC. On both occasions I was told by them that the process shall happen within the designated 6 Months time but in some cases due to various factors, there might be a delay in the decision.
The operators on both the occasions told me that I shall be looking at end of Dec'19 or early Jan'20 for the response. It might happen earlier but might even get delayed by a month or two.
In the second call I even explained to the operator that I am currently living in a country other than my native one and I need to plan my demobilisation from here in advance so that I can go back to my native place prior flying to Canada. The operator told me that he understands my situation but told that the process will take its course.
I am eagerly hoping for the positive here and would be expecting something by end of Dec'19 or somewhere in Jan'20.
I would suggest everyone to be patient and consider a deviation of one or two months of the expected finish date.

Yes the bar had disappeared but its back since the past 2 or 3 days.
I called +1 888 242 2100 and followed the options on the auto message = 1, 1, 3, 1.
After doing this I was put in queue and was given an option to either wait in queue or select a call back option. I selected a Call back option and they asked me to type the number for call back. Once I did this I hung up the line and they called me back within the time they mentioned.
I used Text-now app for calling them and gave them the text-now assigned number (for call back). They called back on the text-now app itself.
Note : You need to keep the app open and shall have a strong internet coverage.
Note : The operator for the second call was a gentleman. Even though my network coverage was bad, he was patient enough and asked me to move to an area with better coverage while he was still on the line.
Also, kindly note that when you talk to the operator, they will ask you few questions about yourself as mentioned in your profile in order to confirm your identity.

I'm sorry, my bad. I read "FSW.I" meaning "FSW-inland".
US applicants are considered outland regardless of the proximity to the border.
Inland means within Canada. Although the US is a neighbouring country it's still outland
IRCC has all the details like the date and time we called etc, so better to call only for very serious reasons. Recently when we called they mentioned the dates we called previously, and we felt that they don't like it if we keep calling them many times. So better to avoid calling every now and then
Guys we got a ghost update on our profile today. AOR: 12-Jun-19. Did anyone else get any updates? Also, what do these ghost updates mean?

Hi, did anything changed for you?
What's your BGC status now " we are processing" or" in progress"?
The landing page showed status as ‘Application/profile updated’ instead of submitted. But once i clicked on it, there were no updates in the application and again the status changed to submitted.
