Hi can u please share your interview experience which was held on 7th November please tell about it Thanking you
Hey
The interview was great, in the end he said he's convinced and all so he's approving the application while my wife was on the speaker phone.
According to him they are maxed out with the visa quota for the year so he was like you'll get yours in january but yeah its all done now, such a stressful year.

So does this mean there will be no Visa issued now for this year ??

This is the first time i am hearing that visa officials said something like that.
When file transfers to missisauga they get Pr in 3 months.
When it goes to local VO this kind of bs.
What's the transparency if they don't clear the files according to dates come in.

On random thought officers decide to transfer file. Divorces , marriage fraudulent all can happen after pr too. Ppl will separate too.

Very disappointed in immigration system as i have seen so many students did live in fake weddings in front of my eyes to get pr.Nd all r living happily without guilt & moved on too.

Same here .. I am way beyond frustrated at the system.
My file was also transferred from Mississauga to New Delhi just because the officer didn't feel it appropriate to approve the application at the same moment … so I am forced to line up will all the applications resting in New Delhi. Its extremely brutal procedure.
I am 35 and my husband in 34 so age gap doesn't seem like an issue. Its my first marriage, no kids and Canadian citizen since 2001. I chose to delay my marriage due to a medical condition.

So we submitted all the required proofs with the application (text messages, honeymoon hotel receipts and pics, letters from friends and family, social media updates). We had a big fat indian wedding in the presence of 500 guests. Every single proof was provided with the application and still they didn't process it like many other being quickly processed at Mississauga. The only mistake we made was the short cohabitation period after wedding. Our circumstances changed all of a sudden and my husband had to o back to Australia after 3weeks.

My file didn't get transferred yet... I got email they will be transferring it to New Delhi. don't know when and how much longer we have to wait.

Finally I have decided to go and stay with my husband in Australia for a short period of time, even though my medical condition doesn't allow me to travel alone. But they didn't leave me with any other choice

Hi All,
FYI: I checked my application today on GCKEY account and saw that on the table `View the applications you submitted` the status was profile updated. Inside the application details page (after clicking check full application status) I did not saw any line being updated. No updated on ECAS too. I DO NOT think this is that ghost update because I didn't receive any email.

But I have a name tag "disable" on my forehead .. does that give them the right to doubt my genuine relation. Is it that a disabled individual does not have the right to get married to a normal person? I was waiting for the right person and so I waited to get married, but my husband is an amazing. Not everybody thinks of taking advantage for sake of PR.

Hi … why did you have an interview? Any possible reasons that you know of??
I am just curious because my file will be transferred from Mississauga to New Delhi. It was in Sydney for 5+ months, then in CPC-M for 1.5 months. Now I received email for transfer to NDVO.

And I never knew they had quota for spousal sponsorship as well.
I mean visa quota for visitors or students or even skilled workers is understood, it's upto them how many people they wish to allow into Canada based on these cases.
But a fixed quota for spousal sponsorship doesn't make any sense. How can they control how many people wish to get married overseas every year.

Hi
I received passport request from NDVO today, but there was no attachments, it's just a letter, which they are asking to show at vfs to submit passport and also attach this letter along with the passport to be send to New Delhi.
Usually we will be given a form to mention if there is any chance in the applicant health, marital status, death or birth or change of address.
There is no such form to fill was attached to my passport request email from NDVO., But when you check the vfo website it clearly mention please fill the appendix b form and submit. Any clue about append b and anyone experienced this situation...please help..
Thank you
