Hi Folks,


I need a clarification regarding Factor 2: Skilled Work Experience: Work experience during the most recent five years prior to application under EOI Points Assessment Grid.

If I file my SINP EOI today (Oct-2019) then I would have 3 years of experience in the last 3 years, 3 months of experience in the 4th year and 10 months of experience in the 5th year. Total of 13 months of experience in the span of 2 years (4th & 5th years) but with a gap which I took for studies.

I haven’t find the word continuous work experience anywhere so, can I claim points for 4 years of experience in the recent 5 years for SINP?

My employment history is mentioned below:

Employer 1: May-2011 Jul-2015
Gap for studies: Aug-2015 Jul-2016
Employer 2: Aug-2016 Oct-2018
Employer 3: Nov-2018 Till date

Educational Qualification must match with intended NOC.

Hello everyone, greetings, few days ago I received the dreaded ineligible letter from SINP. My NOC was 0821 (dairy farm manager), reason for ineligibility was that my education doesn't match with my job experience.
Now my education was Bachelor of Business Administration and the NOC is a skill type 0 (unlike type A or B), not a technical or professional job.
Do you guys think a second review will be fruitful? Our should I move on to other path?

So you will get total 11 points for your Skilled work experience

Can you please share your scree shot of part 2 if you won't mind. What are steps appear in your application.

Sorry was super busy in DIWALI here ..
As I mentioned you can go back and forth from part 1 and 2 so it is possible to edit everything.
It will be difficult to list all the part 2 but you will get those parts listed on PDF file of sinp guidelines.

We got ADR from SINP, Have submitted the application on 20th Oct 2019
My husband is a main applicant. We are Indian Citizen currently working in Sydney Australia on work visa.
We did submit all the docs carefully and for POF we have shared Saving Acc statement which shows constant balance of AUD 30,000 Equivlnt of CAD 27000 approx for the last 9 months.

Today we got ADR from SINP asking for,

1. employer reference letter , which we already submitted for all his current and previous employers .
and
2. POF - they asking Detailed info, but we have already submitted 9 months saving acc statement along with signed letter from bank on bank letterhead which shows balance as on date. and plus submitted pay slips , tax docs too

We are very confused on what to do now as they have only given us 10 days to reply. I hope my file/application will not get discarded for ADR.

Kindly help ..and sugges what else should we provide since we have already given them all the info and docs ?

Official SINP docs request letter says ,

Work Experience Credentials
Please provide a second reference letter from a different person in the organization. An acceptable work experience document must:
‐ Include letters of reference from the supervisor or human resources officer,
‐ Be printed on company letterhead or the applicant’s official workbook, or other official government documents.
Each letter of reference/workbook must include all of the following: ‐ All job positions held and corresponding dates of employment;
‐ Your main duties and responsibilities for each position;
‐ The number of hours you worked each week;
‐ A brief company description (nature of the business, industry and operations);
‐ The name, signature and direct contact information of your supervisor or manager (including email address matching the company domain and telephone number); and
‐ The physical location of the company.
Proof of Transferable Settlement Funds
Please provide updated official letters or statements issued by your financial institution indicating balances and transaction history of all accounts from July 1, 2019 to October 26, 2019. A copy of the initial deposit slip, renewal and an updated letter from the financial institution is required for each term deposit and/or savings certificate.
Please ensure that your documents are on letterhead of the financial institution or have been issued by a financial institution and include the following details:
‐ Name of financial institution
‐ Address of financial institution
‐ Name(s) of account holder(s) ‐ Type of account/fund
‐ Account number
‐ Date account was opened
‐ Date statement/letter was issued
‐ Type of currency; and
‐ Detailed transaction history for the above time period.
Furthermore, settlement funds must:
‐ Term or fixed deposits must state the date of deposit and date of maturity.
‐ Be translated to English or French by a certified translator, if they were issued in another language.

I assume you are already in EE pool ..
For SINP you need to see how much you are scoring ..Saskatchewan website is very user friendly ...you can start from there once you have minimum score then you can apply for SINP and wait for Invitation to apply via draws.

Everything is clearly written. Send your POF details with latest dates.
And try to get one more Reference letter with all above mentioned details from other/different official person. Apply all the related papers.
Your work is being done very fast.
This is the hardest lart of immigration process. After this everything is simple .

NOC 6332 for Baker. No license requirement. You have to show this type of qualification for that :-
Completion of a three- or four-year apprenticeship program for bakers
or
Completion of a college or other program for bakers is usually required.

Hi guys,

Does the request for ADR for SINP usually done via e-mail or mail? I have submitted my application on June 28, 2019 and i have not heard anything back from SINP since. It only shows in process on OASIS site. Hoping this is a good sign. Anyone in similar situation as well?
