Forgot to mention previous visa refusal :( Please help

Hi dear,
Actually what ever document i coukd find my agent attached with my web form..

And i didnt get any feed back from iccr as yet. My aor is 26may 2019.. 3 months after aor i realized about the visa refusal

Although the webform reply was sent to me post 10 days from raising the web form and the e.mail reply said that they have forwarded my information to the concern dipartment..

Really also im.stressed.. but my agent said not to worry. If they pointed out this mishap they some.times ask for.additional.documents

And in the first couple of thread of this group there was a guy who had same situation and he got his pr.

So really hoping for the best.
Keep me.posted about your case as well since yours is 5 months post aor ...

ITA : Mar 6 , 2019
AOR : Apr 27 , 2019
Medical Passed : 11, June 2019
Biometrics : 14, June 2019
Webform raised for newborn baby : 10th July 2019
ADR request : Aug 03, 2019
ADR submitted : Aug 04, 2019
Webform raised for informing about a prior visa rejection : 13th September
Confirmation on Webform : 18th September
Profile status changed to updated and then back to submitted: 25th Oct (at the same time Additional documents status changed from we are reviewing to NA)
PPR: 26 Oct , 2019

Hope this also helps anyone who have a baby during the process - no having a baby does not hamper your timelines if you provide all documents.

Also for those who forgot or missed to mention prior visa refusals - plz do it now. It has no repercussions. But if you get flagged for misrepresentation, it might become an issue.

Same as everyone else suggested I guess. Write a LOE, tell them everything, roughly when it was if you don't remember, why you were rejected, what kind of visa, why you don't have records of this refusal.

Got my Aor on 12th November . I did represent about my USA tourist visa refusal in 2015 however during my canada tourist visa in 2018 i got approved and i wrote a NO in a question asking about prior refusals . would that affect on my Permanent Residence application.

Yes,they will know about that prior refusal since it is for USA
To avoid rejection for misrepresentation you have to inform them asap and it will be fine.

it is important to let them know as soon as possible by raising CSE to avoid possible rejection due to misrepresentation.

@All forgot mentioned about visa refusal when submitting the : Pls go ahead and mention it, I forgot mine but out of blue after 1.5 months of AOR, I suddenly remembered it and used webform to inform CIC. I didn't mention the reason for getting the refusal (seriously, USA never tells), but Im PR now. SO DONT FRET AND INFORM CIC .
P.S: I did not get asked any ADRs as well

My consultant raised a webform to inform CIC about prior visa rejection, he got a confirmation that it has been forwarded to the applicable office on the 15 Nov, but I just called CIC today and they have no record of it attached to my file. Do you know it takes some time before it attached to my file?

I had a simple issue, forgot to mention my previous visa refusal 5 months after, my consultant sent a web form, he says they respond to say it been to sent to the relevant office. However, when I called the agent says it's not attached to my file.

Can you tell me what the experience was like after you raised CSE
