Hi guys,

I have a question. I received provincial nomination and then ITA from IRCC the following month.

I have disclosed all my visa refusals including reason when submitting online application to IRCC but forgot to disclose visa refusal to province in the background declaration form sent to province. This was an honest mistake.
However, when I was filling the online express entry form that is when I realized I did not mention visa refusal to province. But province has already given me nomination based on which I Got ITA.

Please tell me what should I do?

I mean I did not disclose visit visa refusal in the “background declaration form” sent to the province along with other documents.
I disclosed it to IRCCin the online express entry form.

Will IRCC verify with province and say this person told IRCC he was refused visit visa but this person did not tel the province he was refused visit visa in the past.

Thank you so much ! :)

I have been in so much stress because of this.
Do you know of any other similar cases like mine ? I mean have you seen any such cases which made you come to this conclusion that this is not an issue ?

Hi guys,

I’m in the process of sending in all documents for NB PNP. There is a section asking for “Previous immigration programs” without any explanation.
I have sent NB an email but they haven’t replied.
I have been studying for years in Australia and also got rejected after for a Partner visa with my former husband. What exactly should I fill in here or just leave it? Do I have to list all my approved/refused visa in all these years?

Thank heaps !

Yes you should.they are not concerned about previous Visa rejection since is not related to criminal or less maybe misrepresentation. So avoid any temptation to misrepresent your application

Unfortunately my partner visa was refused because they didn’t believe that we were in a genuine relationship and I’m appealing this decision at the moment. So it’s not yet the final final decision so I’m not sure if it will affect my EE application

I don't think so,I have read a lot about that issue,PR application is assessed according to the program eligibility criteria. Don't worry about that ,100 pourcent sure.however it is your responsibility to provide required documents to prove your relationship with your dependant partner

No sorry I meant that my previous partner visa with my former husband was refused in Australia cause they didn’t believe that we were genuine, hence the reason was “misrepresentation” but I’m still appealing for this decision here in Australia. Thats why I’m quite worried about my EE application, otherwise all other criteria is good.

Just put include a LOE and tell them everything you tell us here, it should be fine. The more details the better

Cheers

What is RR Mr.Tom.
it is the gift deed doc from my mom. What I have showed them is: Letter of Wire transfer from my home country bank to TD Bank in Canada, Letter written by my mom and signed by blue ink in English, Bank statement. They just put "RR - Gift deed Edoc", nothing else

Hope this helps
