That's totally true. IRCC does not seem to follow First in first out principle. When they see something which needs to be reviewed, they just keep that file aside and move on with new applications.

Well I called the ircc this morning and the agent told me my eligibility and background check are still not initiated.
Hopefully they can start to review my files soon
It seems I need to go to gym more often to prepare the re-med
Anyway wish all still waiting here get the golden email soon

My AOR is Jan 25 and I got the same response when I called last week. They haven't even started my eligibility checks, so I have no way of knowing if there is something wrong with my application.

I wonder the same thing. How are our files assigned that these agents don't touch our files for 6 months?

If you have ordered GCMS notes, then you might see the initial comments from Case analyst. If all looks good then, mostly it gets over within 6 months.

But if they say review required or some issue with document, we are left at mercy of officer to pick the file. In short instead of us being a silent reader who declares PPR email here, they help us to become Star/Hero/VIP member etc. here since we are in longer journey

Well according to my GCMS notes, I have met the languages threshold, Educational credentials have been confirmed.
There's NRT on police certificates, R10 Ok and Criminality is recommended pass. The last note by the analyst is DOCUMENTS SET FOR REVIEW.

I wonder if it is due to a RR on Client Information which is the Letter of Explanation I submitted.

You're right its definitely not easy being a silent reader for 9 months.

I feel them because I always start my workdays with some easy tasks, however it definitely doesn’t mean to leave the tougher ones aside
And during my call today the agent told me he would send another note to the reviewers, not sure whether it would help since two months ago there was a note sent to the reviewers

How do you get the agent to send a note to the reviewer? I asked the agent to send a note when I called last week and she said its not possible. The IRCC agents give varying responses to different people.

I guess, technically speaking, you can’t ’ask’ them to send a note to reviewers, it’s their decision to send it or not.
I called ircc once in mid August and before I even asked, the agent said she could send a note to reviewers since it took more than 6 months already at that point of time. And during today’s call, the agent said the last note sent from their side was two months ago so he could send another note to see what’s going on there.

Maybe they’ve submitted some kind of request/note for you less than two months ago and all you can do now is waiting till the two-month Cool-down time pass

I received a similar email for ADR and two weeks later after submission of the documents I received the ready for visa email. They are giving you a chance to prove your employment before refusing your application. All you have to do is to ask for an employment verification letter for each position requested from the HR department or employer. Make sure the letters contain all the info requested and you will be fine.
When you have the letters it is easier and faster to submit it through MyCIC. logging to your account--click on check full application status for your Permanent residency--click view submitted application or upload documents-- there should be an open link for you to upload your documents. Once you submit your documents make sure you call them to confirm that they received the uploaded docs.
The reason why I received ADR for me was because I provided the job offer letters instead of the employment verification letters. They are two different things so make sure you get that right and you will be fine.
