Could exactly relate to what you commented. @454
To be quite blunt and honest, as per my understanding, we may have the best chances from Feb-20 through Apr/May-20. Post that, it’ll most probably be the same story - PNP’s, FST’s, inland applicants etc, and eventually the cut offs would be sky rocketed. Nevertheless, let’s see, that time is also not far off.
Good luck to you and all other ITA expectants

Has anyone tried to apply for NB Session or Destination canada forum? Have you got an invitation? It seems like they re interested in French speaking candidates only...

If i give ielts again would my last ielts be null and void what if i dont score good in my reattempt
Every IELTS report/score is as good as a 2 year period. You can attempt IELTS as many times as you want and use the best score for CRS that you have got out of the lot.
Good luck

Need Urgent Help: 3 Mistakes of my life not committed by me.

I have 15 days left to file for PR and struggling with the 3 issues in my docs. Looking forward to some suggestions from senior members on the forum here.

1. As per the documents, there is a gap of just 4 months between me and my sister. My age in documents is 1 year older than the actual one and thus this goof-up. We are required to fill the age of the siblings in the form.

2. I use "Agarwal" in all my documents, whereas my father and all other family members have double g in the surname i.e "Aggarwal".

3. My father's first name's spelling in all my docs is "Ashoka" whereas in all his documents it is "Ashok".

I was born in a village and the headmaster of my school messed up with the records while I took the admission.
How do I deal with these issues? I tried to get the documents corrected but couldn't do so. Please please help me as I am running out of time.

if u can't gather the docs attach a LOE explain everything and please be very detailed about it and submit the file and try to gather that docs later on u never know CIC might ask you later on so i ll suggest u to submit the docs and explain everything get an affidavit from your sibling and get it notarized that would help too; provide supporting docs and when u r done submitting try to get the correct docs so that in future if they ask u can tell them that u have the required docs and i wish u luck i hope officer go easy on u best of luck mate

Point 2 is not an issue. What matters is your name is consistent in your documents.

Point 3 is also not an issue. For your PR they will ask only your documents, your father's documents, they do not care how it is spelt on his documents. Make sure you enter your dad's name in the application same as how you have in your documents.

No idea about what to do for point 1 sorry

Not sure about point#1, but points 2 and 3 can be solved with a name affidavit. A lawyer can help you create one.

I dont know if I have to blame luck or fate or karma. I created a profile in MArch 2019 with 447 CRS score (awaiting my spouse's ECA from WES) after a bunch of follow ups (even wrote to the WES head) I got my husband;s WES report and CRS went up to 455. IF you see the trend the week before I created profile the draw was below 447 and as soon as I created my profile it went up.
Same with including husband's ECA number. Until then the score was about to hit 455 and it went up after that never came down to 455. I received a nomination from Ontario on October 2nd after the draw so lost the chance that day. was waiting on the draw and they did an FST draw (Same thing happend when I reached 455). It has been such a long wait!!!

When competition goes tough, and things start to loose your grip, you need to change your approach to the game. This relates to different people in a different manner. Think and act wisely as it suits you. Just an advice.
Good Luck
