Ya true but you can convince them by telling you will take care of all documents and all. See every company needs good employees and i would say please find job outside GTA area where they need people so they can help you.
I know! here in Toronto they are really spoiled

Hello folks , It’s not like that , u can’t just leave ur spouse here solely to increase your score , there got to be some strong reason for that . I have seen many files put ‘ on hold ‘ , specifically who had done this thing .
That is not true. You just need any reason. I asked IRCC on twitter if it is ok to do just to boost CRS and they said it is fine.

So guys this is the average score of inland
applicants with just one experience with bachelors degree and Canadian diploma. So just PNP or Computer based IELTS Is not the reason for high CRS . Inland applicants is the reason behind high CRS. Some people can get LMIA easily so 50 extra points.

almost every year 165000 study permit are given.

3 of my applicants did the same mistake. They were inland applicants and their wife was in india. I told them not to apply alone but they did apply by themselves without including wife and gave some reason and their application was rejected .

No you don’t just need to give reason why you are not bringing your partner with you . You also have to convince them which is hard.

when does your work permit expire?
End of July 2020

If you have 3-4 years Bachelor with IELTS 7-7.5 8in each module (Unmarried and under 30) than you will be at 466. Plus if your company’s turnover is over million dollar you can get LMIA Easily. Lmia Processing time is 15-30 days depends on company and province.

Hm, Calculated my points. If I would get 9998 for Celpip, I would be at 467. UGH, 1 point, so frustrating. Did not know that I could retake it.
I work for a smaller company software company (13 people). But we are owned by a company which probably has a decent turnover. I wonder if they can issue that. But they would have to give me an offer of employment for at least 1 year after getting a PR right? That can be tricky.

by the way not a single IRCC approved immigration advisor will touch your file if you tell them that you want to apply without your partner because it’s nothing to impossible to convince CIC that you don’t want your spouse in Canada .

No not after getting PR. After PPR you can leave the work. I left my job once I got PPR.

What! What reason did they give to reject them? Can you share the rejection letter with sensitive information greyed out?

Here's my twitter post:

I have not seen anyone on the forum saying they got rejection because of wife non accompanying.

they didn’t applied through me so don’t have a rejection letter but they told me on phone that their files were rejected because officer is not satisfied with the explanation and officer believes they will Sponsee their wife soon .

so I will tell you something CIC is not dumb. If they allow this then half of Indian people will come here without their wife and then they will sponsor their wife after. Why people are not doing that ??

Pretty sure you still need LMIA as employer needs to prove they cant find any Canadian/Permanent Residence who could do the same job.

You are right. Rule sucks for PWGP holders. In order to get that job in PGWP, one have to compete with all domestic candidates, and recruiters always prefer them only. But still it needs LMIA to make it valid.

You are working based on assumptions. There's no legal wrongdoing of choosing non-accompanying and then sponsoring the spouse later. There is no where in CIC website where it says you should NOT do this.

Your post is full of assumptions and it is really disappointing because as an immigration agent you should be clear to the facts. Why do you think half of Indian people would benefit from this? Do you have any stats saying most of the Indian spouses are lacking higher education and good level of English?

Just got 2 years a month ago.

I mean I do not really want to leave but I do not really know how its on the employer side, issuing a 1 year contract.

Who should I talk to? HR department of parent company? I asked once our office administrator but I couldn't get help because nobody dealt with it from my company.

Lol if you are applying alone good luck . We will see what CIC will do with your application.
