@YULIA-2016 Do you know how is NDVO in terms of processing times? I submitted the required documents to NDVO in mid april and CSQ was issued to me in May by Quebec. I haven't received any information or status update after that. In my CIC account it shows 'We are reviewing the submitted documents'. I have tried to reach NDVO multiple times but no one replies.
What should I do at this point?

I have submitted 2 weeks back to CPC Ottawa, no response yet. MY CIC is not updated either.
I have sent to 365 Laurier Ave West, Ottawa, K1A1L1. hope this gets to the right place.

what does your CanadaPost delivery say? Mine says 'Delivered to recipient's delivery partner' and there is a signature as well to view.
Yes - same "Delivered to recipient's delivery partner' and signed by SCI MARTIN
mine was delivered Oct 8, so just been a week for me.. i know @bombomdha 's was delivered 26th Sept and he is still waiting for them send the passports back.
most likely for me i am still 2 weeks away till i see movement on return envelope..
