How would we know which visa office they are going to transfer my application? I used lawyer and she didn’t give the answer for it and she kept saying that she didn’t have any access to GC key

Cic will let you know when they transfer your file to, and which Visa office, for further processing. you can also check on Cic website you type the country you're resident if different from country of your citizen.

Same here my wife is in Ethiopia she did her bio but no medical and her status says we started processing your file on ....

When your file was transfer to Nairobi, I'm June Applicant, waiting medical request.

It shows DM on ecas and PPR email.. nothing changed on gckey yet!

Police certificate/AD request - Sept 5

No dependents and previous marriage. They did not asked for any additional documents either. The only thing that Im curious about is that I already did my biometrics but up to now, it shows that they haven't received it although the details is already showing on my file. Anyone with the same issue?

Emailed ppr to Ottawa and they received it Sept 27th. Have heard nothing since. No acknowledgement of receipt or movement on Gckey. I am getting worried.

Will now have to retake my photos, get another Passport photocopy and send out another package over the weekend. I was so happy to be almost done with all this too.

Another update! The original tracking number (not the one I sent them this past weekend) has been activated as of today and my COPR is on its way! So I guess the agent that emailed me definitely wasn't informed properly and I'm out 80 dollars from FedEx, but also I DON'T CARE! I'M GOING TO BE A PERMANENT RESIDENT THIS WEEKEND!!!

I think I had a ghost update on tuesday. Checked my GCKey and it said "Application Updated/[something else, but I forgot]" but nothing had changed, no new messages, no changes in ECAS.

Application Received : August 19th 2019
AOR Received : September 26th 2019
Biometric Received : September 26th
Sponsor approval : September 27th
Medical Received: September 27th
Bio and medical done: September 30th
Medical Pass : October 5th 2019
File Transfer to Mississauga: Oct 9th
Decision Made : Oct 18th 2019
Passport Request: Oct 18th 2019
My application done in less than 2 months
Am very happy....

No you wont get any acknowledgement. If you want to make sure it is received, you can call IRCC and check with them.. Because I did the same ...
