you can add File #/ UCI / DOB in email Body ( NOT in Subject line)

Could you please explain in detail, do we write the date instead of writing APR or we just write “PGP-APR” or “PGP-APR Date?

In subject line write only PGP-APR as per instruction from CIC.

Got a letter from new Delhi VO even though the local visa office is CPC-Mississauga...Mom finished her Medical on Sep 27th. Anyone got similar email/issue:

Dear Mr./Ms. XXX

This is in reference to your visa application for Canada.

Further medical information is required before a decision can be reached. Details have been sent to your eMedical file regarding the medical information required. Please return to see the Panel Physician who performed your immigration medical examination or to another e-Medical enabled Panel Physician (http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx). The Panel Physician will arrange for the additional medical tests to be carried out and will forward the results directly to this office.


Please contact PP for an appointment to comply with this request at the earliest. Failure to do so may result in the closing of your Immigration medical file, which may result in the refusal of your application.

Please quote your IME number on all correspondence with this office.

None as yet...this is how it reads (since before & after Sept 27th when I emailed the documents)

more than 1 month since I got "in process" status from sponsor side. Nothing happen really, wish anyone can give me a good reason for this delaying, What should I do guy? should I call CIC or do anything else?

Looking for some advice. I sent in my application mid-June so no AOR or ECAS available yet. But i just found out my grandfather, who is the principle applicant, was diagnosed with early stage Parkinsons. Does anyone else have experience going through medical assessment for parents/grandparents with Parkinsons? Is my application now a lost cause? Let me know your thoughts

This appears to be PGP 2018 application. I think there is another thread going on for that.

Sorry to hear that. Based on the information I have, if it's a early stage of Parkinson (it also depends on the rate of progression) there is still a chance of your application get approved. At the end it depends on the medical result. Check the following links to get more information:

I agree. I also included file no in the subject line. If searched / filtered by "PGP-APR" the email will still show up.

I sent two emails. One with subject of ONLY "PGP-APR" and another with "PGP-APR and application number". I hope they pick one of it.
Dilemma with emails is you will never get acknowledgement so you never know when they will pick and update myCIC.
Its only a waiting game.
