I used Fedex to send my passport to the address CPCO - PR Visa and it got delivered today so I don't think its invalid.PPR today.
Timeline:

VO: CIO Sydney, never went to local, PPR from CIO too
RR in POF, uploaded something in June, they never looked at it
I have a busy schedule this week and need my passport, so most likely will mail it out next week, if I get it back early November, it will leave me only one month to land with my medical expires in December.... oh well, better than nothing.

Btw, anyone needs to mail the passport to Ottawa from United States?
The address in the email to mail is

But apparently according to Google, it's an invalid address with address and zip code doesn't match. While in the French part of the email, it says the passport mail from United States should be mailed to

Very confused, just like the whole EE process...
I just want to know whether we have to scan and upload the form after signing by hand or just fill and upload signing electronically. I'm not able to do the latter.

Hey - noticed that you never had any ghost updates or anything. Was that the case till the end?
I went for international priority, so delivered in 1 business day, basically today.

I had one ghost update last friday, and ppr on next business day (monday).
Had the thought it might be ppr after the gu, was thinking of going to take the ppr photo in advance during the weekend but didn't want to jinx it lol, last 8-9 months makes me crazy. Now have to do it this weekend instead...
