ITA under FSW can I change stream?

Hi,

I applied for EE last month and was invited to apply via the FSW stream, after uploading all my documentation and checking my score it showed I was then eligible for CEC, (which is the stream I wanted to be in, but I made a silly mistake on my initial application stating some work experience was part time when it was full time)

Therefore I submitted my profile with no funds. Now they are asking for POF by next week, which I dont have but my boyfriend can transfer over to me, or should I cancel my application and start my application again?

I haven't been able to find any other thread with a similar issue, so I hope someone is able to help!

You can't change streams. If you received ITA under FSW then you have to continue with your application under FSW. You can't switch to CEC.

Thank you for answering so quickly! It is as I thought, should I cancel this application and apply for a new one, correcting those details. Or should I get my bf to transfer me the money I need? In you opinion what is better?
