Hi All, I'm considering of flying to Canada in the later part of December just to complete the landing formalities and then return to UK asap to resume work. Although on CIC website the current processing time for 1st PR card is mentioned as 14 days, is anyone aware if this varies from province to province? I can go to either Toronto or Calgary.

Would appreciate all the responses in this regard. Thanks

It is processed by a Canadian federal facility, so does not vary by province. They will only send to a Canadian address and the 14 days is an internal time, allow a week either end for postage etc.
