Hi @quami . Just wondering when your potential employee filled out the form for temporary foreign worker application outside of Canada, what did they put in the LMIA exempt code? For some reason that form does not validate when we put C90 as that was the code they gave in the instructions.

Hi , can someone tell me what education I need to have for this pilot? I know it has to be a year, but what I don’t know is the name of the career or program. For example for home support worker is it good enough if I’m a nurse? And what about home child care provider? What should my education be?

Hi, i think you have to undergo the caregiver program. Or be a nurse with related experience (pedia or health center probably). I am only saying this because I hired my sister-in-law as my son’s caregiver last year and she is a nurse in the Philippines. I hope that answers your question in a way. Thanks.

I applied for Home Care Provider Pilot program 2 weeks ago. I sent ECA report from WES copy instead of original. Does anyone know if IRCC will return whole package or will give AOR and request for original document ?

I am applying for caregiver under Home Child Care Provider and my both daughters (13 yrs and 11 yrs old) will accompany with me. We will all live at my employer home as per offer of employment.

1...As my both kids are dependent so at the time of work permit may I have to deposit dependent children fee?

2...Is any more formalities or any separate documents i.e.for PR/Study visa to be filled for my both kids so they will accompany with me and study there? If yes, then what are these?

For dependent children (13 & 11 yrs) I have to apply which category visa or just pay dependant fee i.e. $ 150/- each with PR & WP fee.

I haven't heard anything. May I ask who is your consultant and from where? It would be interesting to know if it really has been reached..

There are so many consultant in the market with out proper knowledge,if IRCC reaches the cap then they will post in the website.
I have seen some agency misguiding the people .

My file was received on 14th Aug 2019 and its been around 6 weeks till now and I haven't received any update. Is this normal time or I should be worried ?

Yes I Received AOR last Thursday,IRCC took 50 days .
