Dear everyone,

I just got COPR a couple of days ago and already messaged to IRCC and even got an answer, that I can not make an appointment in Quebec since I applied for EE.
However, I messaged them back and asked to make an appointment either in Ottawa or Torronto and am waiting for an answer.
Has anyone been able to make an appointment in Ottawa while residing in Montreal?

In fact, I am not sure if it goes well and they will make an appointment, thus I would love to ask you if anyone had an experience of requesting a confirmation of PR at land border?
Especially I am interesting in this one:
https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/do-rb/offices-bureaux/724-eng.html
and this one:
https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/do-rb/offices-bureaux/756-eng.html
(I can't find any information about this one, but an immigration guy at our company told me that it's the best option)

In addition, COPR says we can do this at land border and doesn't say which one.
Also, it says that our PR was approved (both in our account and in COPR) thus should I be worrying whether an officer can deny our PR status or not?

If you have your COPR, you can flagpole.

Whether you make an appointment or flagpole, your landing could certainly be denied if the IRCC or CBSA officer believes you will reside in Quebec. What proof did you submit that you would leave Quebec?

Hi. They haven't asked for any proof and they even didn't ask a letter explaining why we are in Quebec.
They just send to us COPR which says that our PR was approved and we just need to make an appointment with officer.

It might be because we lived in BC for more than a year which is way more than we live in QC.
