Has anyone received ADR for sibling's residency proof in Canada?
I have been trying to get proof for CIC that i have a bro-in-law who is a permanent resident in canada and currently resides in Toronto. For this, he sent me current bank statements, mobile phone postpaid bills and NOA which is the annual tax return statement. I am a little confused if the vis officer will accept these as they have specifically requested for residential lease mortgage document (both these he doesn't hold) and/or utility bills (which he has provided).
If any of you have come across such circumstances, please drop in your suggestions.

ah so eligibility started last week. looks like it took them 1 week to finish eligibility review. how about security?
I am outside Canada now and do not know how to call them instead of the webform.
Last night I called CIC but automated machine said it's only possible to know the update for PR application to keep hold for 10 min and they will call me back. Automated machine didn't allow me to wait further for the agent. another option to contact with them through web form. Does anyone experienced the same?

I wish bro but security has not yet started..I guess 2 ghost updates and most probably you will receive one more today or tomorrow and then PPR
Yes spoke to the ircc agent.eligibility passed and security not yet started.
I think the ircc agents are in the dark about the security aspect. The process might be independent of the rest of the processes and might be ongoing without being reflected on your application. And once its passed, it shows up as passed and your case officer approves for PPR. My two cents.
