My graduation was 8 months after I've actually finished my studies, if it worries you, you can put either an attach a LOE explaining that:

1. Finished Studies : MM/DD/YYYY
2. Started work: MM/DD/YYYY
3. Official graduation ceremony: MM/DD?YYYY

Then it clears things up

once you pass IP1 stage r10 is done (that's assumed at least)
