Hi Team,
I have a question, I got a the PR from 2016 - Aug to 2021 - Sep.... Can I renew/extend my PR now for the next 5 years(2021 - 2026)?... what is the best time to start the application? .... May I also get the application instruction page URL?

No - you cannot start the renewal process now. Eariest you can start is nine months before your PR card expires.
