the first name is different on the birth certificate and passport

Is there any issue while submitting PR file? Or I need to provide any additional justification documents.

Birth Certificate had a full name(Arun John) but passport had a first name (John) only.
Birth Certificate father name had the full name (John Antony ) in passport name with intail (John A)

Father's name is immaterial.

Your own name is just split into first and last names right? Both parts are present in the passport? That's fine.
