Yes it definitely seems like the slowest VO... No progress for me yet. I'll call IRCC in a couple days, almost 3 weeks since the last communication.. Still haven't received my GCMS notes now, day 42

To you as well!
Did you notice any difference between your 1st and 2nd GCMS notes? and if so, how far apart were your 2 GCMS notes ?

No difference between 1st and second, the were generated on April 25th and May 26th. The only difference is a due date to which there were no answer from CIO and my inquires by webforms and phone calls. Regarding the essential items: eligibility is MET, Crim is passed, security not started since feb 2018.

That seems to be the new normal lately.. Hold on, it'll happen, hopefully sooner rather than later :)

it is not fair to be dependent on an individual officer or particular visa office. My application pending for more than 8+months. I have ordered GCSM notes on June 5th and I still don't have anything back. I did call the call center today, they confirmed that it is still pending for review.
