Hi folks, I am AOR December 25th 2018 and knew that my file is still at CIO Sydney. My medicals were passed in Feb 13th and Schedule A was requested by an ADR, then submitted within the same day feb 13th. I would like to know if it is normal that the file is still at Sydney CIO, knowing that my background check is already in progress since february 13th (confirmed by CSE response). Your comments are welcome.

Yes. Some applications are processed entirely at the Sydney office. It's fine, don't stress.

I wouldn't worry about it. My entire file was processed at CIO

MEP - 11 Dec 2018
ADR - 11 Dec 2018 submitted 13 Dec 2018 (IMM 5406 Family information)
PPR - 4 Apr 2018

Called CIC twice - Feb & March
Was told by agent both times that everything is passed and the security is not started yet. V.O CIO Sydney Nova Scotia​

And now they transferred my file at local visa office Singapore.

Hello members , My file is at CIO Sydney . AOR 21st October. Ordered GCMS notes twice and as per the notes RR for POF. Although I did provided all required documents for my POF .No movement in application since February 2019. Any one experiencing same issue ?

Same here, AOR DECEMBER 2018 and nothing moved since medicals by feb 2019. Did you order gcms notes recently? If yes please share what s in it. Good luck and keep us posted.
