hi guys, just need a advice on my application file, I received my AOR on 19th july and i have paid all the fees too, but until now i haven't received my bio metric and medical instruction letter, its a month now since I received my AOR. Is it normal ? My husband is from Canada and i am from Malaysia, its our both second marriage and we have kids from our previous marriage too, so now in our application we have applied for my kids as well as dependent children, so it is because of this issue my bio metric and medical are delaying? has anyone got any idea?
im in same boat july 19 I got AOR n nothing after...first marriage for both of us n no kids!

NOA = notice of assessment . And in your case after AOR , it can be upto 3 months (so I think we still in process time).

Positive thing is - they gave us AOR1 , it means all necessary documents are there n it shouldn’t be long .
Cross fingers!!! I’m not sure if we provided NOA. I think no. But really waiting for an update in our application.

Hello Everyone,

I applied for Spousal PR Visa for my wife on May 24 through a consultant. I haven't received any further communication regarding the application yet, it's been more than 2.5 months. I was expecting to receive File No. for my case within 60 days.
Just want to know if this is normal, and can I have any info regarding my case before I receive the File No. ?

Thanks in advance for any info that you can provide!

In your case , i would contact the consultant to check the emails, especially their junk email and hopefully they didnt select the mail as preferred option.

You can also Call CIC , but i would recommend calling them once only.

Try to login on ECAS by using your receipt number. Hopefully this helps.

I am also one of those that has received AOR1 only. nothing after that.

Thanks Parora! Yes, I am regularly following up with my consultant. I didn't know about ECAS, I will try that. Thanks again :)
