March 16 - Sponsor Approval

May 23 - Transferred to Manila Visa Office

May 27 - Started processing application PA

May 30 - Biometrics Completed

June 8 - Medical Passed

July 29 - Ghost Update

August 7 - PPR (Email and GCKEY) and Pre Arrival Services Letter (GCKEY)

Does your gckey or ECAS show that you received/submitted them already? If so, screenshot that and send a webform explaining you already did it. If you can call them, that would be better. Make sure you notify them as soon as possible so they don't delay your application because of this confusion.
