For EE application, i have got my ECA for Master from UK, however i am now confused if i should be listing all my previous communication into the EE form online? please help

No you should not . You need to mention only the one for which you have done ECA. The remaining qualification can go to Personal History section

If you aretying to enter the pool, then you don't have to mention it. It is only after to get ITA
