Actually the reason i was really hopeful for monday is i got my medicals passed on 8 july ( monday) nothing on 15 (monday) then my assessments completed and passed on 22nd
(monday) nothing again on 29 so according to pattern i was hoping to get some update on monday but that's a holiday. Don't know if they actually followed some pattern or it was just a coincidence.
All the best Smith. I hope it’s Tuesday for you and many more of us here ! Have a great weekend ppl

Thanks for quick reply, true, I submitted my GCMS notes in May 22nd but I haven't received yet, don't know what is going on and I feel like everything has been slowing down these days. Let's hope for the best and wait patiently.
You can email ATIP and ask for the reason for delay in your GCMS notes bro

And our hero @rushi.gada brother is up for us to spread some positivity!

Good Morning Mumbaikar Brother,

Bro, have some questions if you can answer them for me please.

So I called CIC today for an update as completed 6 months yesterday. They said on the file the final date for the decision to be made shows as 21st August. Like I am wondering I have never read in this forum anyone getting a date from CIC post 6 months.

1. Do you know why they have 21st August date as their deadline as looks fairly new to me?

2. I am a CEC category 1st Feb, 2019 AOR however for my current employer I didnt submit the reference letter at the time of the application as employer was not cooperating for the same so wrote a letter of explanation then however I submitted the reference letter in May as I got the same from the employer is that a concern?

3. I am on a closed work permit so do they still do the verification again at my previous employers as I believe they might have done verification before issuing a work permit as mine is an LMIA one.

Category : CEC Inland
AOR : 1st February, 2019 (Single Applicant)
Married : 9th March, 2019
Medical Passed : 17th March, 2019 (Mine)
Updated CIC : 25th March, 2019
ADR : 28th March, 2019
ADS : 27th May, 2019
Wife’s Medical Passed : 4th June, 2019
Criminality : In Progress
Eligibility : Not Started
Security : Not Started
CPC : Montreal Office
Last called CIC : 2nd August, 2019
Ordered GCMS : 4th July, 2019 (Awaiting)

Wishing everyone a speedy PPR!

Thought Process for now : Hope is the little voice that whispers “YES”, when the entire world is shouting “NO”!

It depends. I have a friend who was rejected because he didn't upload his undergrad diploma even though he has a masters in Canada. They didn't ask him for the document, they just rejected him and told him to apply again. Good thing his work permit is still valid for a while otherwise he would have to go back to his home country and apply from there.
If you closely review his case, he clearly applied for EE and claimed points for his under grad. Why wouldn’t he submit those documents? I am sure he must have not done it out of any wrong intentions but still, when I say, people don’t get rejected, it’s assuming they have submitted everything honestly and also that they are tracking their application to not miss any red flags

Legally, GCMS notes cannot take longer then 60 days. Email ATIP and use the exact same words, also, go on twitter and tweet the same to IRCC. You should get your notes asap after that

I finally got the GCMS notes that I had ordered on June 12, and according to that Eligibility and Security hasn't even started for me, and Criminality is in progress. My AOR is Jan 25. I wonder whether I should order another set of GCMS notes and if there have been any movement in my account in the 1.5 months?
Anyone else in the situation whose eligibility has not started and they have crossed the 6 month mark?
Hi buddy, you are not alone to experience this.. my application was only criminality passed for over 6 months. After which I got my first of the two GUs all in a span of 3 days .. my eligibility had been recommended pass. So it is normal and also the time doesn’t matter here as we all know here now that IRCC agents can process an entire file in a day if they wanted. So your stays could all get passed in one day and you could get the golden email the next day. Trying to predict this pattern is like playing roulette.. you will mostly always be wrong. Don’t stress and worry. Live your life and be positive .. PPR for all of us will come soon for sure ..

Hi guys!

I applied through an agent and got aor Jan 10. Been over 6 month benchmark for a while and feel stressed : (

My agent sent me a screenshot of the online account:
eligibility under review,
med passed Feb 18,
don't need addition documents or interview or biometrics,
background check in progress,
final decision "your application is in progress"

Anyone know how to interpret this status? I kept asking my agent and she said it's all slow...Should I call the call center? What's the number?
You have several options

Start by taking control of your account so you could check it yourself when you want.

Email Ralph Goodale’s office (Email on Tuesday next week. 11-12 pages back I have shared the draft and details - revert should come the same day)

Call CIC on Wednesday next week and ask for an update (details on how to call them using google hangouts app has been posted 10-12 pages back by me - expect 15-30 mins call waiting time)

Raise a WEB QUERY ( ask your agent to do this on Tuesday - timeline for revert 7-10 days )

Ask for your GCMS notes ( ask your agent to do this, cost will be 5CAD - timeline 30-60days)

Share all these details with us here and we can help u get better answers :)

Good luck and pls don’t worry
