Yes I was able to get the letter. Follow up with Exithelpdesk. They will help you with it.
Drop an email to always cognizant asking about the status. They will resresp within a day or two. Btw I got my letter approved. The letter can be found under supervisors eletters app employee view. They can approve there. If this helps!! Peace✌
Hey, I will be applying for CT refernce letter, can I have a quick chat. Can you give me your contact number?

Which e-letters app are you talking about? My supervisor also says that he is not able to find any mails for approval. Where exactly should I ask him to check? Please let me know.

I resigned in 2009 and I am looking to get experience letter from Cognizant for Canada PR. I mailed ExitHelpDeskIndia and I got a response to fill their template. I sent it, and its been two weeks, but they haven't responded back with the letter.

I email them everyday and still I get no response. I started copying AlwaysCognizant in the emails, and they reply to ExitHelpDeskIndia asking for update, but still they don't respond. It is pathetic service. I am running out of time, and I need to get this document ready in a week.

How long did it take for you guys to get the experience letter once you mailed ExitHelpDeskIndia?

Thanks!

This mail thing won't work. You need to raise a request through your onecognizant portal, under letters tab. After that, this will need to be approved by your supervisor. Then letter will be generated.

OneCognizant portal isn't available for employees who quit before 2014. So I had to raise a request through ExitHelpDeskIndia.

Hi Bro. I also had issue to get RR letter from CTS. I quit CTS in 2017. I raised req on 22nd May and after more than 2 months and 100+ follow up emails, i iot the letter on 29th July. But it working hours were and compensation not mention in that letter... I followed up again for a week and got only workjng hour part in the letter. I again followed up, but today they clearly denied to mention any compensation details.

Let me give you some more tips.... You can copy cognizant board calls DL in your email.... I got the letter because of them. They escalated my request to the highest level. I should have done this before.

CognizantBoardCalls@cognizant.com
Number: 18002086999

Exithelpdesk number: 6385141343

Follow up everyday without fail. Hope you get your letter soon.

Thanks all. I got my reference letter yesterday. But it didnt mention my compensation details, but I wrote an indemnity bond to get my roles and responsibilities.. But I also Included my offer letter in PR which mentions the compensation details and Im hoping that should be sufficient. Ive submitted my PR application on July 31. Thanks.

Thanks @sjdickens for sharing your experience. I'm also looking to get my RR letter from cognizant. I resigned in April 2016 but don't have access to OneCognizant portal anymore. I guess that my way ahead would also be to email ExitHelpDeskIndia? Please let me know if there's any other helpful alternative.

Hi @arpittguptaa ! How long did it take you to get your RR letter after you started copying CognizantBoardCalls@cognizant.com in the email chain?

Yes, ExitHelpDeskIndia is the way to go. But make sure you cc alwayscognizant too in your emails. They are the ones who at least responded to my follow ups. Although, they couldnt provide me my letter. In all it took me 3 weeks. 2 weeks after I submitted what was requested by them from me.

I got my reference letter digitally signed by director HR. But, her contact details are not mentioned. Only an email verification@cognizant.com is mentioned. What to do in this case?

i got this letter last year when I quit CTS. I raised a Roles and Responsibilities letter request through Always Cognizant. They sent me a standard letter, which I declined and gave them the exact content I needed. They refused to include salary info, included other details. For salary though, I got my payslips digitally attested (again through Always Cognizant), and attached them to my application.

The TAT is pretty fast, and as far as I can remember, the response times were within 1-3 days.
Did the digitally signed pay slips work for you?I got a reference letter digitally signed by director HR. But, it doesn't include compensation and contact details of the HR. Only an email id is mentioned verification@cognizant.com. What to do in this case?
