You can check your visa decision online using GC Key. If you dont have an online account wait for the envelope you recieve from VFS. Your decision has been made.

Fahim that means IRCC took a decision either Approve or rejected. You can oonly see when you open your envelope. Your file dispatch to VFS means embassy make decision only. They never say whats the result. You can only see online or wait until your envelope arrive in Dhaka vfs.
