Test passed on April 2019
They called my previous employer to check the time that I worked for company
Still in Process
Mississauga Office
Called them more than 2 times
Ask ATIP and they said they are reviewing
Long long frustrated waiting time

Anyone any idea if there is a time limit within which IRCC is supposed to complete processing a citizenship application? I doubt they can keep applicants waiting for a decision forever.

Sorry for your loss!! From the email, it doesn't seem like that they have actually accepted it as urgent. The only way to know would be to call them again.

Processing time is 12 months from receiving date but some applications takes longer due to them being non routine or CSIS taking long to process security checks

Hello Mississauga folks,

My primary office is Mississauga but I am done with my test today at Scarborough office and was offered oath on the spot for tomorrow, which I happily accepted.
I noticed, they were offering on the spot oath to majority of the applicants. From my observation today it seems they invite applicants for test/interview and offer on the spot oath after the applicant has cleared all security background checks.

sure can you give me a list, or should i just put GTA area? i see Toronto and Scarborough are still better than Mississauga

Finally took the Oath yesterday. The process was long and emotionally demanding but finally got through. To everyone waiting, please hang in there, your time will come.
