Mistaken address

i am applying for the skilled worker immigration plan to Canada from Nigeria. The academic records form instructed i forward academic records to the WES address for Canada while the Nigeria e-pin/ scratch card form instructed i forward the scratch card and form to the WES USA address. I already have a WES USA account and i asked my institutions to forward my transcripts to this address (WES USA). Only when they had been sent did I realize there was a separate Canadian WES address.
I do not know what to do as i have applied for Canadian immigration and my transcripts have been sent to the WES USA address though my WES reference number is on it...
I still have the Nigeria e-pin/ scratch card form, the scratch card as well as a copy of my degree certificate which I am to mail through courier services and since the Nigeria e-pin/ scratch card form instructs i forward it to the WES USA address, do I still forward it alongside the copy of my degree certificate ansd the scratch ard to the WES USA address or the WES Canada address?

It would be fine. Even if the documents reach to WES USA instead of WES Canada, they will process it.

at this point i am confused as i had spent a fortune trying to forward those documents. what do you advise?

You signed up on the US Website. You need to signup and pay on the Canadian website and pay in CAD, not USD.

oh dear, it had cost me a fortune to have all those documents sent..i just wish the USA address did not mix things up as it appeared alongside the Canada address..

Ask WES for refund procedures as you have paid almost double and your US file wasn't processed. They might charge a cancellation/administration fee from the USD you had paid them and refund you the rest.

oh thanks, i could get a refund from WES. Now i will want to know if it will be possible for WES USA to electronically transfer my college and high school documents to WES Canada probably by scanning and mailing or faxing these documents

Once you have signed up for the WES Canada services, ask WES to transfer your case files from US office to Canada.
