I need help pls
I have been sponsoring my wife and 2.4 years daughter since may 2018 and I have received refusal letter from visa office today.

The visa office did not asking me any additional documents before the decision made.Just I received refused letter .

It make make confused . The reason the officer state that you did not include your family in your previous application, it is so confusing me I got married after I received permanent resident visa of Canada .How can I included them in my application in September 2015 .

I got Canada visa in April 2016 and I got marred in May 2016 and My wife became pregnant in June 2016 and I moved to Canada in August 2016 and then she got birth in feb 2017 a . I started to sponsor in May 2018 and them I got refused .

When I filled my own application In September 2015 , I had no any family member So why the visa officer stated that the reason I got refused in my previous application, applicant did not include his family members.

How long it will take to appeal

How and when IDA respond to Confirm my appeal. Pls

Dear all members ,I have a question after win the appeal do they ask all police clearance certificates you lived before or only where you are currently living now ? Before I lived in UK and Netherland and currently living in Poland . I have submitted all police clearance certificates with my application ( Netherland , UK and Poland ) do I need to submit UK and Netherland police clearance certificate again or only certificate from Poland .. pls advice me if anybody have any idea. Thanks

I have won appeal 19 June 2019. But didn’t heard anything yet . Some one told they will likely request me all police clearance certificates again .

They will only request the police certificate of your current country of residence.

They will only request the police certificate of your current country of residence.

absolutely agreed .our lawyer send only current country pcc. I used to live in uk before.

Finally, recent days got re-do Medical exam requested from IRCC. However, the result has been auto sent out in June 24,2019. I'm still not able to find ecase status showing", Medical result received/passed. "...

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the PPR golden email after re-do medical exam? Could you please share your time-frame if you have similar situation with me?

Any guidance you can provide would be appreciated !!!!

I was asked for an updated schedule A and in under that it was a reminder paragraph. The MP office now told me that these letters are generic. So shouldn't have to worry if we never put dependent children, which we never. Just my children (not his) was listed.

I had my re-medical done on 16th of May 2019 and submitted updated forms etc on 20th of May and since then hasn't heard anything back. But every case is different, so hopefully you’ll hear something pretty soon.

I am so upset with immigration, in April immigration asked me for the medical exams and all the forms, as I had already done the doctor in advance, I sent the form of the doctor, when it was that week, they asked for a new medical examination, I am very upset, because they did not accept my medical examination, the month of March this year, my husband is going back to the same doctor, to do everything again, I'm from Brazil and my process went to mexico, they take 1 month to answer a email, my second hearing was February 7, I am very upset about immigration from Mexico.

Why did you, as a sponsor, list your children as dependents on Schedule A? Does your husband have any children?
