Illegitimate child

I know he's nut, that's why i applied for my 2 boys by self and i save consultancy fee. But I'm just curious if i can still declare him because when i apply for my 2 children there is declaration form for my children and i just declare my 2 children and i neglect 3rd one because i don't have his custody yet, that's why I'm thinking i did a big mistake even my wife aware everything and she's my cosigner and atleast we just want to declare him but we were in hurry .

Ah. That's completely different.

You deliberately left him out of a sponsorship application after you knew of his existence. Now you can never sponsor him.
 
I just send my application before weeks and there is no any update so process isn't start yet, can i update in sponsorship for my 3rd child?

Children are sponsored individually. They cannot be included as dependents in each other's apps. The failure to mention the 3rd child in the siblings' apps does not make the 3rd child excluded.

You can sponsor the child.

When you get AOR for the other kids' apps, update IRCC about the 3rd child.

That's correct. I was confused on how he "declared" his 2 kids.
So he can sponsor all his kids by sending 3 seperate applications.
1 for each child (including the 3rd child who was born after his PR).
And on each of the child's application, the list of siblings should include the 2 other childred including a "step brother/sister".

For the application that's already sent, once you got AOR, then fill in the updated forms that list all family and add the "missing child" and upload to IRCC.
