If you have a child, illegitimate or not, you MUST declare them in your application, regardless of whether they will be accompanying or non-accompanying. Leaving a dependent child out deliberately is misrepresentation.

If you didn't know of the child's existence, you may be able to sponsor under the pilot scheme. However if you deliberately left the child out, who knows...

You could try for sponsorship but you will probably need to undergo DNA testing at the very least.

If you became a PR before the child was born, you can sponsor him.

Yes, if the child was born after you landed, you don't need to do anything special. You can simply sponsor him under the Family Class. You couldn't have declared an unborn child.

But i already sponsor my 2 boys except him because i asked from my consultant he said if i declare my 3rd child canadian govt send me in jail for 3 years then they'll revoke my PR and deport me because i cheat canadian women because i came here on the basis of spouse visa.

Immigration doesn't care if you have an affair back home. If your child was born after you became PR, there is no way to "declare" him while you applied for your PR.
As others suggested, just apply to sponsor him. Your consultant is "nut"....
btw, no one get put into jail with an affair... as long as your marriage with you Canadian spouse was geniue, that's all matter. And again... 3 years jail is BS.

That's the stupidest thing I've heard. Your so-called consultant doesn't know anything.
