Hello guys,

I have a question that i am PR in canada and i am getting married in Dec2019 so i am just wondering that can i apply for my spouse open work permit with the sponsorship visa? Because sponsorship visa take almost 1year to get final decisions so

Please be helpful for any suggestions and answers.

If your spouse is in Canada, you can apply inland with an OWP. If your spouse is not in Canada, you must apply outland and there is no OWP option.

Your spouse can try for a TRV.

and if yes do they allow vistior visa while Spousal visa already in process?
