my program is (Quebec Investor Program) QIIP, Start processing in Federal was July 2016. There is not much information about the timeline in HK VO. So no idea how long I have to wait.

Police Certificate was done as requested 2 months ago. Medical Check Up not yet. What's your timeline? Where is your visa office?
