Dependent Child Sponsorship - I need an urgent reply

Hi guys,

I am trying to sponsor my dependent child, after submitting papers, they returned the papers as it was incomplete. I made the required changes and sent it back.

My question:

Would they refund my returned application fees and I should pay a new application fees OR would they receive the application and continue processing it with the already paid application fees?

Please give me info in case you are pretty sure about it.
