Do they tell you right away if there are any red flags or after the file is transferred to London office? Really nervous about the whole processing time.

As a Sponsor i have to submit the copy of my PR Card.

Is it to be notarized???. I have one notarized copy from Pakistan.

Is it ok to send it??

No, it doesn't need to be notarized as it is a Canadian credential, they can very well verify by themselves.

There is one confusion regarding on which address I should send the documents:

The checklist (IMM533 Page 2 of 10) says:

I am currently living outside Canada, and I am applying under the Family Class ( to be filled by wife - we have choosed this option)

Note: If this applies to you, your sponsor will send the application package by mail to the following address:
CPC - Mississauga, P.O. Box
3000, Station A, Mississauga, Ontario, L5A 4N6.


The cic website says:

Application for spouses, common-law partners or conjugal partners outside Canada and all dependent children sponsorships:
CPC Sydney
P.O. Box 9500
Sydney, NS
B1P 0H5

I was about to complete my all documentation and Just saw that the checklist i am using have a date (02-2019) whereas the new one is (06-2019).

Are there any more changes that i have to look to ensure i am completing the latest version?

Speaking of the ghost update, I also noticed similar update and now BGC is in process for me with pre-arrival that showed up on June 6.

What is next? When do you guys think will be DM?

I have just checked all forms again and found following forms changed recently in the month of June 2019:

1. IMM 0008enu_2d
2. IMM 1344
3. IMM 5533
4. IMM 0008 depenu

Do they tell you right away if there are any red flags or after the file is transferred to London office? Really nervous about the whole processing time.

Dont stress yourself, you submitted your case recently and there is a wait for atleast 6-8 months or maybe more, they will inform/ask for additional documents if required and when you know all information you submitted pis true and forms filled correctly so not to worry about any red flag. Best of luck.
