I can't see the additional documents I uploaded post ADR in my profile. They were visible earlier.
Is this normal? Or should I call CIC?
Yes, you will only see the statement that we have received the additional documents and are under review.

Hi everyone,
I received AOR on November 28th
MEP Jan 7

Currently, I am in IP2. I called IRCC and the agent told me that eligibility ia met, criminality passed and now the security check is under process.

However, when I check my profile it's written under eligibility that we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

So Is it possible that the eligibility ia met and they didn't update my profile??

Another question, any idea how long does it take to pass the security check??

Still no reply after a month.
My AOR is Nov 12. I contacted them last month and they gave me this reply :
''We verified the information you provided regarding the status of your application and have forwarded it to the responsible office''
Should I get GCMS notes ?
The odd thing is that since I created my profile, there's never been a single update in it except for the medical exam.
Get gcms notes. I waited because I thought it was ok then got gcms notes as padvised on this forum and found out what the delay was and proactively submitted docs that I did not think they needed initially.

So yesterday I received my GCMS notes, at least these arrived on time, even 3 days before then what had been promised!

Eligibility: Met
Security: Not started
Criminality: Not started
Due Date: 2019/06/20 (LOL)

The last note was from the Case processing agent, on January 14th, the same day I was asked to pay RPRF, which basically states that everything is in order. No flags, no RR. Nothing. Seems that they didn't touch the file since January, at least until the day I ordered the notes.

There's only one thing that is worrying me and it's related to the proof of funds. I have my money split into two bank accounts from two different banks. Back when I was preparing my documents and requested the letters from the banks one of them issued the letter without any trouble, whereas the other one just refused to do so (I tried everything, but it was impossible, they are very stubborn). In the bank that agreed to issue the letter, I have a balance of $14,400 CAD (according to today's exchange rate) in the other bank I have around 5,000 CAD more. So basically with the amount of the first bank, I'm more or less $2,000 above the minimum required for 1 single applicant.

But obviously, I tried my best to prove that I have around $19.000 CAD (And I have a little bit more now since I've been saving, but the agent can't know this), just to be super sure that market fluctuations couldn't affect me. So what I did was upload the last 6 bank statements from the second account (notarized and translated) I didn't try transferring money from bank #2 to bank #1, because it would have been hard to support a last-moment transfer of $5,000, and I thought it might look suspicious.

The thing is that in the notes the agent only mentions the first bank account, there's not even a mention of the second bank account, he states "Appears to meet CAD $14142.40 - Family of one requires CAD $12475" This amount corresponds only to my first bank account.

The fact that the second account isn't mentioned means that he didn't accept it as enough prove?

Should I do something??? Is $2,000 a risky margin? I fear Donald Trump and his Twitter account :( (He jeopardized my country's economy big time a couple of weeks ago)

Any thoughts??

It feels pretty shitty since gathering, notarizing and translating the 6 bank statements from bank #2 was what took me the most time back when I was preparing my application

BTW, @SithLord it seems you already found me on MyImmtracker! (I'm the only Mexican AOR Nov 2nd over there) :p
They are lazy. I submitted two work experiences (although one would have been enough to meet the cutoff). The case processing agent made note of only the first work experience. Most likely saw that I had enough points with one work experience and didn't bother to look at the second one.

I guess the same thing happened with you & I think you don't need to worry about any market fluctuations as visa officer is not going to recalculate your POF, he will just look at the figure noted down by case processing agent.

I've ordered GCMS notes a month ago but today getGCMS team sent me a message that my notes are delayed. Does anyone know a reason why it could be ?
IRCC struggling to clear applications has lead to a snowball effect of more GCMS notes being requested. So now they are struggling to process notes on top of the application. I know lots of people with delayed notes recently.

Would it be recommended to provide an updated proof of funds without ircc asking if after receiving gcms notes there’s a review required noted for such?

Guys i am a silent reader of this form.. I have gone through many threads wherein some of you have mentioned to write down a mail to ROLPH.. but on what basis you guys have suggested this.. Because i have seen his parliamentary duties and got to know that he is minister of safety.. Why would he reply on the mails which are not of his concern.. Rather i would suggest to write down a mail to Mr. Ahmed hussan.. He is immigration and refugees minister..

while you guys are trying to figure this out, since you are in the middle of your process, it is a good idea to get ready.
you should search "your complete guide for moving to Canada" on youtube. it is a channel that talks about everything immigration. My point is that there is a video called "pre-departure services". it tells you about 14 organization are there to help immigrants find employment while they are still in the middle of their application process. services are FREE and it gives you their contact info and what they specialize in. It is suggested that you contact as many of these places as you qualify for (ie/ your profession, English ability, time of the move, etc) because it gives you larger network and more employment opportunities.

The other video that I liked was the one that organizes the things you should do and cards and IDs you should get during your first month in Canada.
it is called "your first 4 months in Canada".

note: this channel is just a guide and you may need a consultant's advise for your specific case. I am also not affiliated with the channel, but I thought I share the two videos I liked for good Karma....:)

3. Can i write the details behind the photo with a pen?
