Delay in processing time

Hi,
I’ve applied for the express entry federal skilled workers program. I received AOR on 24 Nov. 2018. The normal processing time is 6 months but it’s been approx. 7 months now ,I have not received passport request . Can u please tell me that how long will it take for PPR?? Why is it taking so long to process the application?
