Guys received a rejection for student visa tdy (NON-SDS) stating

1.I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

2.Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your level of establishment, language abilities, financial ability and I am not satisfied you are a genuine student and that you will depart Canada at the end of your authorized stay.

Pls advice what to do.

I had attached the following documents with the application.

a. IMM 1294
b. University offer letter
c. Copy of Passport
d. Financial - certificate from Chartered Account along with bank declarations
a. Affidavit from parent and grandparent to support me for education & living expenses
e. Digital photograph
f. IMM 5645
g. IMM 5257
h. Copy of e-Medical information sheet along with receipt

What all should I include....and when should I apply again for sept intake.

Thanks for the help in advance!!
You need to include a cover letter stating why you will return and prove that you have strong ties to the home country. If you have any investments here then it would be helpful to disclose those. Also mention that there are ample of job opportunities in your home country, which should help.

Hey everyone, I received a rejection yesterday. I am not sure if I should now apply by SDS or Non-SDS because my classes are starting from 1st September and it would take at least 15 days to complete my documents. Please suggest.
If you can pay 1 year tuition fees in advance then certainly go for SDS. People in India have gotten their approval in less than 2 weeks.

My timeline:
Applied 27th may from the Netherlands
Acknowledgement letter same day.
28th May: they started processing my background check
30th May: they started reviewing my eligibility requirements
I haven't received any update till now. The processing time during previous several weeks was 1 week. It changed to 5 weeks now. Does anyone know how long it takes them to review eligibility requirements
It took 2 weeks for me but I applied online from India.
