I sent everything, because they were stapled in the passports. So now if I need to do anything, I don't have the physical permits with me.

I got ppr on may 29 Th. and shipped the passport on may 30th and was delivered on June 4th and my online application was approved on June 7th and till now return envelope is not activated. Does anyone know long it takes now to receive a passport back along with copr?

We basically got delivered the same day..mine has not been updated since..still saying application in process.

Hi... There is no fixed timeline for every step. It's different from person to person and also depends on what the situation is like in the processing centre (i.e., if they're processing a lot of applications, holidays, etc.).
In my specific case, I sent my passport on the same day I got the PPR, application got finalized and approved 8 days after they received my passport (i.e., received update in my account), tracking number activated 3 days after that, and I received my passport the next day. So overall, it took 14 days from PPR to receipt of CoPR for me. But then again, this is not a fixed timeline and can vary from person to person.
The only thing you can really hope for is that your application gets processed within the expected 6-month processing time. Within the 6 months, they can update you or not at all (it's their call). Only after 6 months can you bug CIC about delays, because anytime before that, they're still technically "within schedule" and they don't want to be bothered by unnecessary requests.
Be patient. It'll come sooner or later. Good luck on the rest of your application.
