Got visas today. All set to go. Fly to Canada June 21. To start a new life with my husband.

4 months 5 days total from time app was mailed to picking up the visas

No, I didn’t get any because I hired the representative. Might be they sent to my rep. And my rep sent my passport to cic.

Yesterday, I have received passport submission letter from Delhi immigration office. My 2nd medicals were done on 25th January.

My AOR was on 4th Feb.
Medical passed and BIL received on 20th March.
Submitted biometrics on 27th March and status updated to biometric s completed on same day.
Since then I am waiting for PPR.

Hello everyone,

Me and my wife have an express entry profile for PR under CEC Inland going on.

Invitation received for PR : 23rd Jan, 2019
AOR : 1st Feb, 2019
Got Married : 9th March, 2019
My medical passed : 17th March, 2019
Spouse Added : 28th March, 2019
Additional Documents submitted : 27th May, 2019
Wifes medical passed : 4th June, 2019
Both our Criminality, Security & Background check : Under processing
Visa Office : Calgary
PR days remaining : 54

So thought to apply for my wifes visitor visa which got rejected in 6 days as not enough ties to the home country.

Now we have applied for Spouse Open Work Permit from India itself online application on 6th June with Wife’s Medical & Biometrics upfront.

Any idea about the timeline as application from India for SOWP is showing 5 weeks.

Any comments from the experts will be appreciated.

Hi, would like to ask how soon maybe will I have PPR/DM? Applied for PR thru spouse sponsorship, my husband is in Canada. Here is my timeline so far:

Submitted App: 22 March 2019
Biometrics Request: 14 May 2019
Medical Request: 16 May 2019
ECAS update for PA: started processing on 27 May 2019
Biometrics Enrolled: 30 May 2019
Medical Done: 03 June 2019
Medical Passed: 08 June 2019

Aug 17, 2018 - AOR
May 2, 2019 - MR
May 22, 2019 - MP
May 28 - ADR (FBI identity history summary) and file transfer to Manila Visa Office
June 6, 2019 - submitted FBI identity history summary
June 12, 2019 - GU (we are reviewing the document/s you submitted)
June 14 - paid RPRF (upfront)
June 19 - pre-arrival services letter

Hello guys,

My application for spouse PR sponsorship was submitted in the March end this year and got the AOR exactly a month later. Again a month later received an acknowledgment stating that they approve my spouse as my sponsor. In the same month I received another acknowledgment which required me to submit my biometrics. Once that was also done I received another requested for medical test submission. Even that has been done and it has been 3 weeks now since the medical got over and no update yet. Can anyone let me know how long will it take to get the PPR.

Can anyone let me know a trend on how long I can wait for PPR?

On the website (ICC) my time frame still saying that i might need to wait up to 10 more months. However, it says that my medical exams where approved on November 6th, 2018. (same date when AOR was received.) as per this, I don't really trust on the website.

I would really appreciate if someone can advise with a more "accurate" time frames.

Hi. MR date changing to AOR is what almost all of us has gone through.
